How we practice

One shared stance, applied to each person.

Providers here vary by modality, tone, and pace. What does not vary is how we treat you.

Pillar 1

Relational

The relationship comes first, before any technique. No checklist on session one. We build trust before we apply a method.

Pillar 2

Trauma-informed

We want to learn your story, not make assumptions. We take the time to understand and move at a pace that feels right.

Pillar 3

Flexibly evidence-based

Grounded in what works: DBT, CBT, EMDR, and Imago. Adapted to you, not applied rigidly.

Pillar 4

Humanistic

We believe healing is possible with the right support. If a session goes deep, we won’t rush the process just to arrive at a tidy answer.

The right fit matters more than filling a slot.

Tell us what you're looking for and we'll match you with the provider best suited to help.
